Top Quality Support from Fused Network

My blog is hosted with Fused Network. I switched to them largely based on the recommendation of www.dashouse.com . . .

So, anyway I crashed my site today. I’m not quite sure how I accomplished it. But, in the beginning it was a moderately bad problem. Once I had taken a couple steps to rectify the situation, it was a crisis.

Bottom line: though it was completely my fault, Fused Network bailed me out. While I have limited experience with web hosting, I have been so impressed by their service, support, and reasonable prices. I was able to speak to a human voice in a short period of time, he seemed to have a sense of humor, and he didn’t make fun of me (at least not when I was on the line) for doing brain dead things with my web site.

Bottom Line: Five stars for Fused Network.
