I agree. Wish we had heard (or maybe we failed to listen) that kind of advice early in our marriage. Along those lines, though, I am excited to say that as of today, actually, we are totally debt-free – for the first time in our 32 year marriage. We have no debts of any kind. Nada. But lest I stumble, I need to point out that we do have one more child to put through college, so our debt-free existence may be short-lived.
