I’m by no means that well read where Jonathan Edwards is concerned. But, whenever I’ve expended the energy to really meditate on Edwards, I’ve found great riches.
A number of years ago, I took a collection of Edwards sermons edited by Don Kistler on vacation. (Altogether Lovely). I worked through several of them and and I still think about them today.
John Piper posts that Edwards, Dissertation Concerning the Divine Decrees in General and Election in Particular, edited by Oshea Davis, is now available as a single volume.
I’ve not read this particular book. But, Piper’s post includes a very profound quote.
