One of the greatest basketball talents ever, Pete Maravich set more than 40 NCAA records, was featured on five Sports Illustrated magazine covers, played in five NBA All-Star game and was ultimately inducted into the Hall of Fame. He died at the age of 40 while playing basketball with Focus on the Family Founder James Dobson (more here).
